We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Automotive Broker to join our growing team. As a broker at Clutch you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you are a highly skilled negotiator, have extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, and enjoy exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience
• Familiarity with automotive deal structures, including the intricacies of finance and lease agreements.
• Familiarity with automotive industry terminology
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Ability to qualify leads and close deals
• Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite and CRM softwares

Responsibilities:

• Own the entire sales process, from start to finish. Driving referrals, and increasing client retention.
• Identify and develop warm leads
• Generate leads and drive outbound sales efforts
• Achieve high client satisfaction ratings while ensuring a fair profit for the services we provide
• Utilize our CRM to track the progress of each lead and client
• Foster relationships with new dealers, brokers, and industry professionals

Pay: $53,861.48 - $64,865.44 per year
